Dachshund Puppy: This animal is being sold as pet quality. We do not endorse, nor do we restrict the rights of the new owner to breed/show this animal. The decision to breed/show is at the discretion of the new owner. The breeder cannot be held liable for what the animal would do in a show ring or the offspring it may produce.

Conditions:
1. Breeder guarantees that the above dog is a purebred dachshund.
2. Breeder cannot guarantee adult size, conformation or color.
3. Buyer shall assume full responsibility for the health, temperament and appearance of the dog upon possession.
4. Buyer further agrees to maintain the dog, at all times, in good health with periodic check ups and recommended immunizations at their expense.
5. The actions and upbringing of the puppy is the buyers responsibility. Under no circumstances is the breeder to be held liable for the dogs behavior.
6. According to PA law, the buyer needs to have a full health exam done by a certified veterinarian within 10 days of pick up. Otherwise, all health guarantees become null and void.
7. Breeder will guarantee pups for one full year against death from any genetic defect. Buyer must present a written statement from a veterinarian. The puppy will be replaced with a puppy of the same sex and value as soon as one becomes available or the purchase price of the puppy will be refunded.
8. Buyer agrees that they are not affiliated with any pet store or broker and the puppy is and will not be for resale.
9. We, the breeder or representative, and the buyer certify that we have read this agreement, fully understand the contents and agree to it fully.
